I will be able to say I knew her when... She's in Pink. The Hat is just 2 die for. You ROCK girl.........and lets not forget my little sweet Heather another Rockin Milliner..(pictured with Linda)

Yippee "The Antique Garage " Will remain Open...

The thing was that the Garage 26th st in NYC was suppose to shut down this month for good, to make way for more high rise , high priced condos.  They are saying because of the bad economy that they have change their minds and will leave the garage as is...All of you who have been there understand my excitement and those of you who haven't should definitely put it on your to do list.
My husband and I went there yesterday for a short bit and of course I am never disappointed iI found the Mother Lode of Valve tags... Great for found object Jewelry.. I will be listing them in mt etsy shop dime store emporium, they won't last long ....
These are the pendants 2 sizes larger at 48mm and the small ones at 38mm, the large ones will be 7.00 and the smaller 5.00 each
get em while their hot.. I also will be selling my best find ever these batman and superman charms they have the DC trademark stamped right on them...great for jewelry

Thursday Night and I still haven't created anything.....

I know your thinking what the heck is going on... well let me start by saying my new business Dime Store Emporium started out as just a place to get rid of my over flow of all the findings  I had accumulated and has grown to a very full time business, making it real difficult to do any creative work...so I offer you some of my wonderful antique Ephemera to use in Your art work. Saturday In NYC with Great friends...

What more can a girl ask for , a rainy Sat. meeting up with My great friends and shopping....We met at Tinsel Trading...I wanted Pam & Ellen to meet one of my favorite people. Wendy Addison, She had lots of handmade items for sale , they were gorgeous, of course.
Tinsel's new location is so much nicer to shop in. Wendy's working on a Handmade Book that looks to be stunning...Wendy's book My Friend Melanie, came by and surprized me, she just had a baby girl..look how happy she looks....CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Wendy Addison Back at Tinsel Trading Tomorrow Sat 11/15

My friend , Wendy Addisonand Her Theatre of Dreams is back in NYC for the weekend...
She will be at Tinsel Trading tomorrow Sat 15th 12-4pm to sign her handmade items that she's brought with her, also I just heard that Wendy & Marcia(Tinsel's owner) have put together a kit that we can purchase and make our own Creation.  Anyway I'll be there with Pamela And Ellen .. I can't wait.. Wendy is a Doll..here are some of her designs.

Dime Store Emporiums New diggs Update

Well I must start this post by saying I have been so OVERWHELMED
by even thinking about the task of moving my merchandise to bigger quarters (the Basement)that without some of my VERY good friends I would not have been able to do it.  First My old Friend Amy came and helped me sort every thing in the basement to get it ready..you have no idea how much stuff I have...well then again you probably have a bunch your self..anyway , then my Good friend Pam Huntington
came over last week and again helped me sort through all the stuff .Then today my Friend Linda came and helped me really put it all in working order, she just took over and whipped the whole thing into shape. Now remember from the post last week what the basement looked like ..well here's what it now looks like , and I have to say I feel so much calmer, it's amazing what organization can do for the soul and of course what having GREAT FRIENDS willing to lend a hand does for the heart. I can't begin to thank them..take a look and see the transformation.
This is Linda after working her ass off all day in the basement...she even found a great use for the treadmill .. can you find it??? lol.  Thanx again you guys I love you......xoxo Terri

There's even room for my sweet little cat Majic to hang out .  I think i'll make her head of the shipping department.lol
